We will ship immediately upon receipt of your order.

To track your order please log on to Pearl and Opal Jewelry and track the status of your order under 'Order history'.
Returns & Refunds
Sometimes the items we purchase are not always as expected when we buy them from the internet. If something is not what you expected or is the wrong size please take the time to get back to the post office as soon as you can and send it back to us. You must contact us for the correct return address.

General Returns Policy
A product must be returned to us within one business day of being delivered to you. Should you find any item about the product unsatisfactory then please immediately notify us and mail it immediately.
Refunds
We will refund the monies to you within 4 weeks of us receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner. The refund will be credited to your credit card in the same manner as payment was made to Pearl and Opal Jewelry. We will notify you personally by email once the refund has been completed.

Payments
Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. All transactions are required to be made online. We keep no transaction details of your credit card on our database, only that a transaction was successful or not.
Currency
The only available currency for payment on this site is American dollars.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Pearl and Opal Jewelry are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
